一、适用范围：

适用于食品、医药、化工、农药产品中的120-400目的的粉末物料的全自动包装；如：食品添加剂、奶粉、豆粉、蛋白粉、中药粉、面膜粉、保健茶粉等。

This machine is widely applied for food , pharmacy eutical , and chemical products in mesh size range from 120 to 400 , such as milk powder , soya powder , cosmetic powder , slimming tea , medical powder and so on .

二、本机特点：

1、自动包装机可以在包装过程中自动完成计量、制袋、充填、封口、切断、计数、批 号等全部工作；

2、控制系统则自动化匹配各动作配合，改系统具有**确度高，调整制袋长度简便，且准确无误；

3、具有色标控制系统，可获得完整的商标图案；

4、无级调整速度与袋长，包装速度与制袋长度可在额定范围内无级调整，不需要更换零件；

6、设备计量下料方式为定做螺杆计量、下料；

粉剂

漂白粉

漂白粉是氢氧化钙、氯化钙，次氯酸钙的混合物，其主要成分是次氯酸钙[Ca(ClO)₂ ]，有效氯含量为30%-38%。漂白粉为白色或灰白色粉末或颗粒，有显著的氯臭味，很不稳定，吸湿性强，易受光、热、水和乙醇等作用而分解。漂白粉溶解于水，其水溶液可以使石蕊试纸变蓝，随后逐渐褪色而变白。遇空气中的二氧化碳可游离出次氯酸，遇稀盐酸则产生大量的氯气。
