2 large endive
50ml orange liqueur
150ml orange juice
50g butter
icing sugar for dusting
cut the endive in half lengthways and dust all over with icing suger ,
melt the butter in a pan and caramelize the endives all over until golden brown,deglaze the pan with orange liqueur and add the orange juice ,braise gently until soft and glazed.
