Our K-series heat-treatment vacuum furnace includes: vacuum annealing furnace, vacuum gas quenching furnace, vacuum oil quenching furnace (with double working rooms), vacuum gas quenching furnace (with double working rooms), vacuum tempering furnace, vacuum brazing furnace, vacuum sintering furnace, etc.

Our vacuum tempering furnace is mainly equipped with alloy heater and metal shield insulation, its structure is same as annealing furnace (which is our patent for invention).
The heating chamber is equipped with fully closed structure, multipoint temperature control, high thermal efficiency and good temperature uniformity. Equipped with pneumatic air door at both ends of heating chamber, which close during heating, and open during cooling.
Our vacuum tempering furnace equips with mixing blower which is used to make convection heating under low temperature.
The cooling system equips with high efficient copper heat exchanger and special fan, which ensure the cooling speed for workpieces is quickly enough to pass through the tempering brittleness area.

真空
真空是一种物理现象,指在给定的空间内低于一个大气压力的气体状态。 在“虚空”中,声音因为没有介质而无法传递,但电磁波的传递却不受真空的影响。事实上,在真空技术里,真空系针对大气而言,一特定空间内部之部份物质被排出,使其压力小于一个标准大气压,则我们通称此空间为真空或真空状态。 1641年意大利数学家托里拆利在一根长管子内加满水银,然后很缓慢的将管口倒转在一个盛满水银的盆内,管子内水银柱的末端是 76 厘米高。这时玻璃管最上方无水银地带是真空状态。这一实验为“托里拆利实验”,完成实验的玻璃管为“托里拆利管”。 爱因斯坦在用场论观点研究引力现象时,已经认识到空无一物的真空观念是有问题的,他曾提出真空是引力场的某种特殊状态的想法。首先给予真空崭新物理内容的是P.A.M.狄拉克。狄拉克于1930年为了摆脱狄拉克方程负能解的困境,提出真空是充满了负能态的电子海。
热处理炉
热处理炉是是指供炉料热处理加热用的电炉或燃料炉。常用的热处理炉有箱式电阻炉、井式电阻炉、气体渗碳炉和盐浴炉等。通常使用连续式炉,工件从加料门连续装入,通过炉膛,从出料门连续卸出。一般常用的炉内传送方式是,将工件载于耐热钢导轨上,以步进式移动梁或推杆移送。近年来, 逐渐采用耐热钢制输送带运料的方式。这样一来,热处理操作更加合理化,大大增加了热处理过程自动化和无人管理的可能性。
