巴氏合金

巴氏合金（Babbittmetal），一种软基体上分布着硬颗粒相的低熔点轴承合金。有锡基、铅基、镉基三个系列。锡基巴氏合金的代表成分（质量分数）为：锑3%~15%，铜2%~6%，镉<1%，锡余量。具有减摩特性的锡基和铅基轴承合金，由美国人巴比特发明而得名，因其呈白色，又称白合金，乌金。铸造锡基巴氏合金ZSnSb11Cu6固相点温度为240℃，液相点温度为370℃，其最高使用温度不得超过100℃，摩擦系数在有油时为0.005，无油时为0.28。

轴承合金

又称轴瓦合金。用于制造滑动轴承的材料。轴承合金的组织是在软相基体上均匀分布着硬相质点，或硬相基体上均匀分布着软相质点。轴承合金应具有如下性能：良好的耐磨性能和减磨性能；有一定的抗压强度和硬度，有足够的疲劳强度和承载能力；塑性和冲击韧性良好；具有良好的抗咬合性；良好的顺应性；好的嵌镶性；要有良好的导热性、耐蚀性和小的热膨胀系数。用于各类轴承材料。
